JWS Studio Policy Overview

2025-26 Studio Schedule & Policies

Scheduling

  • Lessons follow the School Academic Calendar, with Fall and Spring semesters.
  • Summer lessons and classes may be available; contact Jack Warren directly if not listed online.

Tuition & Payment

  • Private voice lesson tuition includes two master classes per semester, with an accompanist provided.
  • Full tuition is required, regardless of missed lessons or new schedule conflicts after agreement.
  • Semester Private and Group lessons are non-refundable.
  • Installment payments set up as auto-pay receive a 5% discount.

Attendance & Make-up Lessons

  • Students can reschedule up to three lessons per semester for illness or family emergencies only.
  • No credit or rescheduling for lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, except for illness.
  • If the instructor cancels and cannot reschedule, a credit will be issued at the semester’s end or applied to future tuition.

Lesson Participation

  • Students under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or family member for private studio lessons.
  • Virtual classes are available via Zoom.

Media & Recordings

  • JWS Studio may use video or audio recordings from classes for promotional purposes.
  • All recording rights remain with Jack Warren Studio.
  • Main Studio has security recording for safety purposes only.

Privacy Policy

  • Jack Warren Studio keeps student information private, using it only to schedule lessons and never sharing or selling it.
